The intention of this workshop is to help you live a more fulfilling and enriching life.

Life is a constantly changing and dynamic experience, and it's essential to learn how to balance between carving your own path and going with the flow.

It's important to remember that everything in life is temporary, and challenging situations will eventually pass. Our emotional intelligence workshop equips you with the necessary tools to enhance your emotional intelligence.

  • How to control your emotions (stress, anxiety, overwhelm, loneliness, addiction, etc.) - Gain a better sense of direction/purpose, and learn how to be more present and avoid burnout (cycles) before it happens.

  • How to deal with certain relationships – Effective Communication – communicating on their level

  • How to create and honour your boundaries. – How to ask for what you want/need – ‘I feel, I need you to, Can you do that for me?’

  • How to respond rather than react. In such an instant gratification society, with ever-shortening attention spans. We must make a conscious effort to NOT just “listen with the intent to reply, but listen with the intent to understand” - Stephen R. Covey.

  • How to own your own key happiness – Taking ‘Extreme Ownership/Responsibility’ for your own life – everyone is responsible for their own health & happiness.

  • Learnt about attachment & detachment – Buddhist philosophy – ‘Root of all unnecessary suffering is attachment’ - there is necessary suffering too – Thus practice detachment to ‘good/bad’ outcomes. You will enjoy a much more peaceful life.

  • Learn how to recognise and stay out of your ego – Life is a continuum, and as such so is learning. It's an evolutionary concept. Being okay with ‘NOT’ knowing it all, catching yourself and changing the dialogue, letting go of the desire to always be ‘right’, staying curious/asking questions, accepting/owning your mistakes, and being open-minded, is key!
